FAQ's

Where do I send you my photo?

The form to submit your photo should be in your Order Confirmation email. You should receive it immediately after purchase and it should have the link and your order number. Please check your spam as well. If you have not received it after a couple of minutes, please contact us

When will you restock?

I am currently allowing customers to place their orders until I sell out.

To receive restock notifications for these options, please sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of this page.

How do I sign up for restock notifications?

At the bottom of this page, type your email in “Subscribe to the newsletter” and click “Subscribe”.

How long does it take to ship?

Your order will ship out anywhere between 1-4 weeks, depending on where your order # is on the queue.

Single Polaroid Prints (just the picture, not the frame) usually ships out within the next business day. Tracking is now available for all products.

Where do you ship to?

Anywhere!

Does the photo I send you have to be a polaroid?

NO. PLEASE DO NOT SEND POLAROIDS/PICTURES OF POLAROIDS. The quality is NOT good enough and the photo will not be cute.

Any picture from your phone will do. If you have a physical picture you can scan it and use it.

Are the flowers real?

YES! I buy the majority of them from LA flower market, grocery stores, or street vendors.

How can I make sure the photo is a 4:3 ratio?

Here's a video screen recording on how to do it on iPhone. If you're still not sure, no worries! Just send it as is and ask if you can get a preview of how it will look like before I print it.

How do you choose the flower colors?

The colors of your chosen flowers depends on the color palette of your photo. If you have a preference, there is an option for you to express it in the PHOTO SUBMISSION of your confirmation email.

How do you press your flowers?

I press them using a variety of methods! The main method I use is my own flower press. All the flower presses I use I built myself.

What happens to the flowers after a certain time period?

The flowers are ALREADY dried and pressed and they will stay that way for a long time. The worst that happens is that they lose their color after a 3-5 years. They will still be VERY beautiful! Just a little paler than when you first got them.

Will you post a timelapse of my frame on TikTok/Instagram?

If you give me permission in your photo submission form, then I may! Otherwise, I will not personally reach out for permission if it was not given.

I already have a polaroid that I want framed. Can I send it to you?

I prefer if you scan it so I can reprint it.

I have flowers that I want you to use in my frame. Can I send them to you?

I am not accepting flowers from others at this time.
